1.SHIPPING

Our shipping rate is based on the weight of the shipping order - shipping cost will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout.

Once your order is completed; we hand it over to our courier companies for dispatching.

Please note that delivery times listed are only estimations, sometimes there are delays with the courier and it’s not something we can control.

Our team needs 3-7 days to create your arrangement from you from the day of your order as every piece is handmade and we work base on our order volume.

Standard shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 + days within NSW and 7 - 14 days interstate - this is based on the third party courier delivery time, we do not have control over this at all, any issues please contact them directly.

Express shipping are usually 1-3 days.

Some of our flower arrangements are very large and heavy, therefore the price of shipping for these will vary and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We are not liable for damaged goods caused by the courier company as we take initiative to ensure products are packaged correctly and labelled ‘fragile’.

Where can we ship?

We offer shipping globally for majority of our products, however for larger arrangements we are unable to ship these as there is a high chance they’ll break / get damaged during transportation.

2.RETURN

Fleury prides itself on curating products of the highest quality.  In the event that you request a refund, return or exchange please read our Returns Policy below.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED GOODS

Please check goods upon receipt and advise us if there are any issues immediately (within 24 hours of receiving). Please send a photo and details of product fault or damage, together with photos of packaging to fleury.enquiries@gmail.com. Credits or replacements can be arranged for damaged or faulty goods on a case-by-case basis as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Please choose your items carefully prior to purchase and feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to purchase.

We are happy to accept change of mind returns if we are informed within 7 days of delivery. Fleury may offer a credit voucher or exchange for change of mind returns. This exchange or credit voucher will not include shipping / return costs for exchanged items.

Should you wish to return the product for a refund then goods must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. Fleury will deduct the initial shipping cost plus a return shipping cost from your refund. A 20% restocking fee administration fee will be applied on the returned order.

If the product ordered is made to order, we do not accept returns or provide exchanges to change of mind.

Please note that postage charges for returning items for refund or exchange are to be paid by the customer. The cost of shipping exchanged items back to the customer will be paid for by the customer also.

We recommend the returns be sent using a registered mail service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
